How to use
01/ Fill your tub or basin with water. For full-body soaks, use a standard bathtub. For targeted recovery, a smaller basin works great.
02/ Add 1 bath tablet for every 5 gallons of water (this is around 15-20 tablets for a standard tub).
03/ Let the tablet(s) fully dissolve before submerging.
04/ Soak for 15-20 minutes for optimal benefits.
Ingredients
Our Hydrogen Bath Tablets are made with clean, high-quality ingredients—formulated to generate molecular hydrogen through a magnesium-based reaction. Each tablet contains:
+ Elemental Magnesium – The key to producing pure molecular hydrogen.
+ Malic acid, Tartaric acid, and Adipic acid – A blend of natural acids, derived from fruits and vegetables, used to activate the reaction.
+ D-Glucose – A small amount of non-GMO glucose used as a binder to hold the tablet together.
